GSC 2023/2024 Meeting Dates
The UIC Graduate Student Council general body meeting of departmental representatives will convene from 5 pm-7 pm on the first Tuesday of each month with an executive committee meeting immediately following. The intention is to meet in-person, and location is Student Center East.
Pre-registration is required. Registration invites will be sent via Campus Groups.
Attendance is mandatory for all departments and travel/conference/project award eligibility is contingent upon participation. Please plan for absences accordingly with the departmental alternative representative. Two departmental excused absences are permitted by emailing the GSC officers in advance.
